Understand to act

Bernadette, learning prevention through conversation.

Bernadette is Care & Fly’s conversational e-learning project about psychosocial risks and quality of working life and working conditions (QVCT). It is intended for organisations seeking to give employees and managers a shared understanding of workplace situations and a way to discuss them.

What is available today?

Launch is announced for the fourth quarter of 2026. This website collects early-access requests; it does not offer immediate registration to a platform open to everyone. Care & Fly contacts organisations when initial access becomes available.

The actual schedule, available scope, rollout arrangements and commercial terms must be confirmed during that conversation. A request guarantees neither an opening date nor a place. The terms shown on this website remain non-contractual.

Who is it for, and how could it be used?

HR and QVCT leads can consider Bernadette as an awareness resource within a broader prevention programme. For managers and employees, the aim is to develop a shared language and distinguish facts, interpretations and possible actions.

  • Introduce key ideas about psychosocial risks and working conditions.
  • Reflect on realistic situations without asking people to disclose personal cases.
  • Prepare discussions with the appropriate people in the organisation.

How does the learning work?

The planned approach uses short sequences: a situation, a question, reflection and then an explanation. Recurring sessions and reminders are planned to revisit key ideas. Care & Fly calls this pedagogy Preventive Dialogue®.

The preview on the homepage illustrates this learning intention. It is not a comprehensive demonstration of available features or a commitment to an identical duration for every learning pathway.

Where does it fit in prevention?

A learning pathway cannot replace risk analysis or changes to work organisation. INRS recommends a collective approach based on workplace situations, involving employees and leading to actions with follow-up.

Bernadette is not presented as a medical diagnostic tool, a consultation or an emergency service. No product-specific effectiveness study is published on this website. It therefore makes no claim of measured reductions in psychosocial risks, absence or staff turnover.
